In-home Servicing
Services calls are categorized by the type of repair to be handled: leather and
fabric upholstery repairs, wood furniture (case goods) repairs, and mattress inspections.
Warehouse Deluxing and Repair
Using an "open and inspect" procedure, we can correct manufacturer defects
and shipping/handling damage prior to customer delivery.
Parts
Furniture Services 911 LLC can order and warehouse parts and necessary hardware
(i.e. sofa legs, mirror brackets, bed slats) for anticipated repairs based on prior
usage.
Vendor Defect Documentation and Reporting
Due to the extensive experience working with vendors to reduce manufacturer defects,
Furniture Services 911 LLC can recommend and implement a tracking system to identify
exchanges due to the same.
